Its hue shifts between shades of brown, gold, and amber. On the nose, a diverse harmony of aromas emerges: buttery pastries, lemon tart, rye, honey, and peaches seamlessly meld together. The whisky boasts an incredibly dense, rich texture. White chocolate is surrounded by subtle spices, cayenne pepper, syrup, and bell peppers. Salty notes dominate the finish, along with fresh vanilla pods, dried fruits, oak, and hints of Scotch. This Single Cask Whisky was bottled at 66.5% ABV. It should be diluted with a bit of water.
