The Matsui Mizunara Cask presents itself as harmonious and complex, with aromas of warm spices and oak, accompanied by a contrasting hint of bittersweetness. Its creamy taste impresses with a full body, coconut, and oriental spices.
The medium-length finish is rounded, fruity, spicy, and sweet. Spices and oak linger on the palate.
