Characteristic of the Copper Pot Reserve is the use of new oak barrels during aging, imparting chocolatey aromas and warm notes of baking spices that are first noticed when tasting.
A subtle sweetness defines the taste of the whisky, with caramel and praline notes perceptible. The mouthfeel is warm and buttery. On the palate, fruity tones of dried apricots also emerge. The finish is gentle and long.
A whisky that is enjoyable neat or on the rocks.
