The "Timbre Reserva Tinto" red wine, originating from the Douro region, is a blend of three indigenous grape varieties. The fully ripe grapes are hand-harvested and immediately taken to the winery's cooling chamber. After approximately three days of maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for about 9 months in used Port wine barrels, which impart its unmistakable aromas.

In the glass, a deep red color is observed. On the nose, it appears sweet, with very pronounced fruit notes of dark fruits such as blackberry and plum, along with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, the dark fruitiness is again evident, intertwined with dark chocolate and a touch of tobacco. The aging in Port wine barrels adds a velvety texture to its profile. The wine is dense with well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent. As a food companion, this wine pairs wonderfully with braised dishes in a Port wine sauce.
