The Timorous Beastie 10 yo is a blend of regional whisky varieties sourced from different distilleries in the Scottish Highlands. Aged in former bourbon barrels, this whisky was released as a limited small batch series. Like all Douglas Laing whiskies, the Timorous Beastie 10 yo is pure and natural, without cold filtration or artificial coloring.

The Timorous Beastie 10 yo acquired a golden amber hue during its extensive maturation period in old bourbon barrels. On the nose, it reveals a sweet and fruity medley of honey, pastries, and autumn fruits. Upon tasting, the fruity profiles take on a more pronounced structure: the flavor is a myriad of honey, oranges, spices, cereals, butter, and toasted bread. In the finish, accents of fruit, citrus, and cloves dominate. The fresh aftertaste lingers for a long time. The Timorous Beastie 10 yo is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
