Four-year-old bourbon made from four types of grain

This intensely flavored bourbon is part of the Saint Liberty Whiskey brand's Women's Bootleggers Collection and is reminiscent of the spirited smuggler Mary Curley.

It consists of 65% regional corn, 22% wheat and 10% rye. The remaining 3% is malted barley. Fresh water from the Crystal River in Colorado is used in the production process.

During its four years of maturation, Saint Liberty Mary's Four Grain Whiskey developed a sophisticated amber-yellow to brown coloration. The sensory characteristics on the nose are dominated by sweet profiles such as dried apricots and caramelized vanilla. At the same time, accents of spices crystallize. On tasting, cinnamon aromas and facets of black tea, brown sugar and cloves are added. The finish is characterized by velvety butterscotch and burnt oak. The whiskey is ideal as a component for cocktails, but can also be enjoyed neat or on ice.
