The Revel Avila Anejo is a triple-distilled tequila with an alcohol content of 48% ABV. The Weber Blue Agaves were roasted on volcanic rock, covered for 48 hours, and then left uncovered for an additional 24 hours. Steamed agaves were added before the fermentation process. The tequila spent 24 months aging in French oak barrels. The triple distillation ensures a particularly clear flavor.
