On the nose, the whiskey is very sweet, with notes of spiced almonds, cherries, and a hint of oak. On the palate, sweet impressions prevail as well: Butterscotch and almond butter take the forefront, followed by vanilla and sugar cookie dough, leading to a long-lasting finish.
Due to its sweetness, the whiskey is excellent as a base for upscale cocktails, but it also pairs well enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
