The KAVALAN Solist Amontillado presents itself as exceptionally rich and fruity. Almond flakes and walnuts underscore the sweet aroma. In the nose, subtle toffee notes and hints of oak transition to the palate experience.
This palate is very balanced, smooth, and with a touch of exoticism. Sherry, caramel, nuts, and brown sugar round off the tasting experience. Towards the long and gentle finish, there are hints of spicy pepper, carrot, and olive with a nutty finesse.
