The Johnett 10-year-old 2012 from Switzerland is non-chill filtered. For the production of this single malt, high-quality ingredients were chosen: locally grown barley and crystal-clear water from the limestone caves in Baar. After distillation in May 2012, the Swiss spirit spent a decade in oak barrels. The single malt was released as a limited series with 44% ABV.

The spring water, the fine mash, and the oak wood imparted fruity-creamy notes to the straw-yellow whisky, along with subtle toasty aromas. During tasting, the smoky elements assert themselves more powerfully. On the palate, they mingle with elegant facets of malt, pepper, and juicy pears. The assertive aftertaste evokes wood and smoke.
