The Jack Daniel's 1907 Brand Whiskey is hard to come by and sought after by collectors as a White Label edition. It was based on the recipe of the original Old No. 7. After maturing in charred oak, the whiskey was stored in cooler warehouses. The low temperatures imparted incredibly fine flavors. It was released as a Special Edition in June 2011 with 37% alcohol by volume.

The nuanced whiskey is characterized by aromatic and flavorful notes of Caribbean vanilla pods, soft caramels, wood, and smoke. Despite its smoothness, there is a subtle spice present, elegantly enriching the medley of flavors. During tasting, the Jack Daniel's 1907 Brand Whiskey melts on the tongue. In the finish, the sweet flavor profiles slowly fade away. This whiskey is the ideal base for cocktails.
