The Foursquare 10 yo Premise is an authentic blend made from molasses, which aged for three years in ex-Bourbon barrels and seven years in former Sherry casks.
It was distilled using the traditional pot still and twin column still methods.

On the nose, you'll find aromas of confectionery vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of red berries, followed by notes of spices and sweet peaches. The influence of the barrel is more pronounced on the palate:
Baking spices and wine notes, a touch of lemon tart and leather develop between notes of stone fruit and jam. In the finish, the rum, at 46% ABV, is long and pleasant.
The Foursquare 10 yo Premise is equally approachable and complex. It's best enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its flavor profile.
