The Wild Cherry 2015 from the Etter Distillery is derived from special wild cherries that grow on old trees along the edges of the forests in the Zug region. These cherries do not grow every year, making each vintage unique. The Wild Cherry 2015 is distilled in a single variety from 9.5 kg of cherries per 0.70 liter bottle. Subsequently, the distillate was allowed to mature for many years in 50-liter basket bottles. This process results in only a few hundred bottles per vintage being filled each year. The 2015 vintage is limited to 976 bottles.

This pure and crystalline noble brandy has a mild and delicate aroma of fresh floral notes. In taste, it presents itself elegantly with ripe cherry flavors. It's no wonder that the Wild Cherry is among the secret favorites of the Etter Distillery and has already won several medals in Switzerland. In 2012, it won the Gold Medal at the Cherry Trophy, as well as at the DistiSuisse 2017/18. Additionally, it won the "Best Wild Brand" award at the Swiss Spirits Awards 2018.
