Etter Gravensteiner Apfel is made from a whole 7 kg of Gravensteiner apples per 0.70lt bottle. The apples come from the Lake Constance region and eastern Switzerland. After distillation, the brandy is stored in stainless steel tanks for 18 to 24 months before being bottled at 41% vol.

The taste has mild and elegant aromas, which are again typical of the fruit of this brandy. The finish is long-lasting, mild and completely fruity.
