The third in the lineup is the Matusalem 10-year-old Classico. This is an excellent golden rum that has won multiple gold and silver medals at the International Rum Festival and the San Francisco WSC. It has been produced for 100 years using the same recipe and process, and it matures for ten years in the Solera system. Rounding off this package is the Spirits of Old Man Rum Project Three - Dark Expression. The components of this Caribbean blend have an average aging period of 12 years. Their varying ages make the rum a characterful spirit that has impressed even experienced judges at competitions.
