The A.H. Riise Signature is composed of a variety of rum blends. Their varying aging periods imparted distinctive characteristics to the components, which were then transferred to the final product. The number of bottles is limited to less than 2000 pieces.

In addition, we have included a genuine Swiss rum. The refined Rum 1823 originates from the Swiss spirits manufacturer Etter. It was created from Jamaican molasses and aged for a minimum of seven years in old bourbon barrels.
As a true highlight, we're adding a miniature of the Foursquare 11-year-old Zinfandel Cask 2004. The Foursquare 11-year-old Zin Cask Blend with 43% ABV is a pleasantly drinkable blend of column-still and pot-still distillates. One of the rums is aged for eleven years in old bourbon barrels, while the other matures for five years in former bourbon barrels and then six years in former Zinfandel barrels.
As a final touch, we have included the Spirits of Old Man Rum Project One - Caribbean Spirit. It is one of the most coveted rum varieties in Germany, owing to its blend ratio. The majority of the total volume consists of matured rum.
