The Bajo Velo presents a fresh and complex character with a well-integrated acidity structure and notes of both stone and pome fruits such as pear, apple, apricot, and a hint of citrus fruits. Herbal and white flower aromas are further accentuated by subtle Sherry notes. The floral finish is medium-length and harmonious. This robust white wine is a perfect companion to fish dishes, seafood, vegetable-based dishes, or even for a rich appetizer spread (Apéro riche).
