Under Master Distiller Lance Winters, the company has continuously evolved in recent years, now offering a diverse portfolio of fruit brandies, rums, gins, vodkas, and whiskeys. Particularly noteworthy was the establishment of the first American Single Malt Whiskey in 2000 and the release of the first American absinthe since its prohibition in 1912 in 2007. Production takes place in Alameda, California, utilizing an old converted aircraft hangar as the production facility.
