The gin specialists of the small distillery vary the traditional production process of London Dry Gin for aromatic gin of the highest quality.
Production is pure craftsmanship: the selected botanicals are hand-crushed and macerate with the spirit for 24 hours before distillation. The centerpiece of the Poetic License Distillery is "Gracie," a copper-shining still with a working volume of 500 liters.
