Until 2005, New Holland Spirits brewed distinctive craft beer. Then, the company began distilling whiskey in addition to their brewing operations.
The decision was rooted in the deep belief that distillation is an extension of the brewing process. They continue to distill using equipment built in 1934 in New Jersey, the seventh unit produced after the end of Prohibition.
The decades-old still, stored away, was revived by New Holland Spirits in 2008. Since then, it has consistently produced every single drop of their whiskey.
