Since 1984, Midleton not only produces its own spirits but also supplies brands like Yellow Spot, Jameson, Green Spot, or The Irishman. Therefore, the distillery is the largest producer of Irish whiskeys nationwide. In Midleton, Grain Whiskey is crafted using the traditional column distillation method, while the Pot Still method produces the iconic Single Pot Still Whiskey typical of Ireland. Some selected spirits undergo a triple distillation process before being bottled as limited editions.
