It is the first distillery to open on Long Island since the 19th century.
Operating on a craft basis, Long Island Spirits follows the "farm to bottle" principle, meaning all processes take place in-house. The agricultural products used come from local production.
Among the products, you can find single-malt and bourbon whisky, as well as gin, vodka, and "Sorbetta," a flavored vodka available in various flavors (lemon, lime, orange, strawberry, and raspberry).
