On the nose, there are many cereal influences, along with a distinct and sharp woody note. It also has a hoppy scent with hints of cinnamon, honey, caramel, citrus spice, and nutmeg. The woody note persists on the palate, accompanied by flavors of banana, vanilla, sweet cream, and some spicy pepper.
The finish is smooth and memorable.
This whiskey can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It's also said to pair well with pumpkin pie.
