Located near Aberdeen, it is also the easternmost of all distilleries in the green heart of Great Britain. Having been closed and reopened several times, it is now part of the Suntory group.
The whisky is distilled using traditional methods in copper pot stills with an unusually long neck. To refine the whiskys, the distillery uses the mineral-rich water from the Percock Hills stream, flowing through Aberdeenshire.
Limited-edition vintage releases, alongside numerous independent bottlings, are highlights in the Glen Garioch Distillery's whisky range.
