The US-based company, located in Pennsylvania, has named its rye whiskies after Dad's Hat - the father's hat.
Under the watchful eye of Dad's Hat, Herman Mihalich and John Cooper produce whiskey using old customs and recipes: They source their grains exclusively from local farmers and process them in traditional ways.
Maturation takes place in new charred oak barrels, imparting smoothness, spiciness, and a unique finish to Dad's Hat products.
