In the glass, the whiskey shimmers copper-colored. Its sensory characteristics are very defined: the corn components enrich the bourbon with sweet nuances. Additionally, woody oak and caramel crystallize. During tasting, the sweet aromas take a bit of a back seat. Instead, a slight dryness asserts itself. The flavor medley includes dried fruits, brown sugar, and caramel once more. The facets of pepper and oak are still somewhat robust. They persist until the finish, but taper off as a warm aftertaste.
