The foundation for Ron Zacapa 23 yo White Label was freshly pressed sugar cane juice, from which the so-called Virgin Cane Honey was extracted and processed into high-quality premium rum. A rum of this quality is scarcely found today. Ron Zacapa 23 yo White Label pours into the glass with a dark amber color. On the nose, spicy notes of herbs, honey, toffee, and fruits emerge. On the palate, it delights with warm, sweet hints of chocolate and coffee, with undertones of toffee, banana, and caramelized fruits. The finish is balanced, long, and smooth. This premium rum is a true highlight for collectors and connoisseurs. It should definitely be enjoyed neat.
