The JOHNETT Single Cask No 88 Swiss Millet Whisky 2017 is a successful collaboration between the Chamer Interessengemeinschaft Hirse (Cham Interest Group Millet) and the Baar Brewery. In addition to using high-quality millet, gentle distillation, and maturation in a Pinot Noir oak cask contributed to unique flavors. After aging for 5 years, this cask-strength single malt was released as a limited special edition. Its alcohol content is 51.4% by volume.
