For the 100th anniversary of the pub's opening, the family tradition of whiskey distillation was revived, and under the name "Jack Ryan," the Ryan family once again produces high-quality Single Malt Whiskey.
Produced in small quantities, the whiskey matures for an extended period in selected barrels, including Sherry, Madeira, and Rum casks.
The result is a premium-class, aromatic, full-bodied whiskey inspired by Irish whiskeys from the 19th century.
