Part of the rum is still produced manually and matures in once-used bourbon barrels made of American oak. Originally, the company used molasses from the sugar cane plantations on St. Croix, but a significant portion of the molasses now needs to be imported additionally. The distillery offers a wide range of dark and light rum, as well as various flavored rum varieties.
