    It is situated in the north of the city of Cognac in the so-called "borderies" at Château du Plessis, which is partly used as a restaurant today. Here, a small inventory of the Cognac Reserve is stored in the vaulted cellars. Founded in 1863, initially under the name "La Grande Marque," it is now led in the fourth or fifth generation by Jean-Paul Camus and Cyril Camus. Popular Cognac series include Elegance and Île De Ré, along with various special editions and Rarissimes.
