In 2005, they founded a distillery in the city of Bardstown, Kentucky. Here, Brauner crafts bourbons and rye whiskeys that are praised for their high quality and exquisite flavor. The secret is said to lie in the preparation and treatment of the barrels in which the whiskey matures. The company founder compares his work to the behavior of a buzzard - like the bird, the Master Blender allows his nose to guide him.
