The Etter Gin is distilled from juniper, partly sourced from the Rossberg area, a mountain range in the cantons of Zug and Schwyz. Naturally, a bit of Etter cherry has been incorporated into this gin before it was allowed to mature for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. This limited edition, with its "Lavender" hue, is an eye-catcher in any bar.
