The red wine Manda Huevos Tinto 2017 was crafted by Garnacha connoisseur and Master of Wine Norrel Robertson and is currently showing its best expression. The wine is a blend of 85% Garnacha, along with Bobal, Mazuelo, and Moristel - a true and typical Spaniard. The high-quality grapes come from vines up to 100 years old, situated at over 750 meters above sea level. The wine was fermented and further aged in concrete eggs. Its quality is further highlighted by 94 Parker points.

In the glass, the wine displays a medium ruby red color. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe raspberries and dried cranberries, with hints of florals and spicy, meaty undertones. On the palate, it is juicy, revealing flavors of raspberries, strawberry jam, dried berries, spices, and meaty notes of leather. The finish is persistent. An ideal companion for braised dishes or hearty grilled meats.
